My Story in a Nutshell
Born in England and raised both in England and on the Mediterranean island of Malta, I have always been a leader with multiple interests, inexhaustible energy, and a delight in creativity. I love people, and especially enjoy the roles of teacher and life coach. Nothing pleases me more than to midwife an "Ah Ha" moment, a catalyst for meaningful change and for growth in awareness. In my many years as a faculty member/ university minister at DePaul University, I was known as "The Great Motivator," a quality that to this day remains the hallmark of my coaching. I like to think of myself as constantly engaged in the Transformation of Consciousness—both my own and others'. Despite many activities, I'm a contemplative who seeks grounding in prayer and silence.
As a teacher and spiritual guide, I am committed to expanding consciousness and compassion through the inward journey; my goal is to assist spiritual seekers connect more deeply with their Divine Source, thereby helping them tap into the extraordinary capacities within.
Since 2005, I have published a weekly E-Commentary, Sunday BibleTalk, having written for Living Faith from 1985-2005. As a speaker, I have presented both nationally and internationally. My publications –including fourteen books of theology, scripture, spirituality, and poetry—are housed at Loyola University’s Women and Leadership Archives.

Degrees and Certificates
A Board Certified Life Coach (BCC), I am credentialed by The International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and a CCE educator. I hold a PhD in Theology and a B.A. (Hons.) in English from the University of Malta, an M.A. in English from DePaul University, and a certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Claret Center, Chicago.

My Clients
As a Transformational Coach and Spiritual Director, I consider ideal clients to be those who live fully and passionately. With over 35 years of experience offering inner guidance, I work with individuals and groups committed to moving beyond "bad news" and limiting circumstances to create a new reality, not only for themselves but for all creation. I encourage clients to rediscover the fire within, rekindle their enthusiasm, and re-commit to a life of service.
Though I serve primarily in Christian contexts, I work with clients from every faith tradition as well as those without a formal religious affiliation. I am available for individual and group retreats, motivational seminars, keynote addresses, and creativity workshops. My background uniquely positions me to assist faith communities explore their vision/mission, develop their ministry skills, and extend their pastoral reach.
Clients have included artists, writers, teachers, CEOs, medical professionals, clergy, lay ministers, members of religious communities, couples, coaching students, secular and religious institutions, spiritual seekers from every walk of life, and everyday people facing challenging transitions.
